Guidelines for a happy catering experience.
Bookings should be made at least 72 hours in advance, and as soon as possible for banquet facilities.
Cancellations don’t cost anything if you notify us within 72 hours of the event and immediately reschedule your event. Otherwise, you’re responsible for the labor and food costs incurred during preparation — as well as your deposit.
Delivery is free for orders of 25 or more servings.
Deposits consist of 50% of the cost of the event. And won’t be refunded for cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event.
Payment is due the date of your event (aside from the 50% deposit). We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card payments. A finance charge of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balance will be charged. All legal and collection fees for unpaid charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices reflect drop-off service and are subject to change based on the current food market value and your guest count. They’re also based on two-hour events. Labor charges may be added for functions that run longer. And there may be an attendant charge for groups under 100.
Service charges may apply for some functions. That goes for gratuities, too. And gratuities are always welcome.
Waitstaff is available for an additional fee. The cost depends on the number of servers needed and the duration of the event.
